I would just like to congratulate you and your team at 106.5 Rhema FM for the standard of broadcast that you are giving to our community. It has improved so much to the point where I really enjoy listening to it now. I used to listen to Rhema every now and then but it didn't really interest me but now I have it on daily in the house and in the car wherever we are going. The variety of the music and ministries is great and the hosts are doing a great job as well.

About a year ago I was struggling 'big time', and there were many nights where I was suicidal and didn't know how I would make it through to the morning. I can honestly say that i don't know what I would've done on those long dark nights without Rhema. I would just cling to every promise, and every word of hope in every song I heard. So thankyou, from the bottom of my heart.

You will never know how blessed & challenged, I and many others are because of this radio station. It helps to keep my focus on God during the day when doing things. I look forward to turning it on every day. I wouldn't miss the TV but I sure would miss this. I love Chuck Swindoll, Focus on the Family , Berni Dymet and others. I always have it on, there is just so much great stuff! I don't listen to any other recorded music I have now as there is always the radio. I thank God and I thank you.

Hi, we were staying at a place [...] in Maleny for our honeymoon and went to set our bedside clock [...] when we came across your station! We loved it and tuned it into our car radio while we were up there. We truly enjoyed your content!

Volunteer Work

As a community radio station 106five Rhema FM is dependent on support from volunteers. Positions such as broadcasters, broadcast researchers, administration assistants and membership director are some of the vital positions filled by volunteers.

Broadcasters: We are currently expanding in the broadcasting area and need announcers with the necessary personality to work 3 hour shifts at a time to suit you. Training will be given.
Broadcast Researchers: A researcher and guest profiler is required to have material ready for broadcasts and in some cases to interview subjects.
Promotional: Survey audiences at random at least five a week. Go to churches and get information about church events.
Sales and Marketing: Representatives to work under the Sales Manager on a commission basis.
Community Liaison: Regular contact is needed with all community organisations - identify Outside Broadcast opportunities and help with OB's as a support person.
Membership Director: A dedicated person who will conduct recruitment drives for a couple of days a week.

Articles Of Faith

We believe:

1. That the Holy Scriptures, as given by God are divinely inspired, infallible and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and practice.
2. In our God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
3. In our Lord Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles and atoning death.
4. In the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, in His personal return and the judgement of the world by Him.
5. That all have sinned and are justly exposed to the judgement of God.
6. That redemption from the penalty and power of sin is possible only through the death, shed blood and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
7. In the necessity of the work of the Holy Spirit to make the death of Jesus Christ effective to the individual sinner, granting him repentance towards God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, enabling the believer to live a holy life, to witness and work for Him.
8. In the resurrection of the body, the eternal blessedness of the righteous and eternal punishment of the wicked.
9. That every believer is baptised into the body of Christ by the Holy Spirit and thus being members of one another, are responsible for keeping the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, loving one another with a pure heart fervently.
